Members Present: Jake Rambo, Chairman; Howard Chapman,
Gary Santos, Brenda Corley
Staff Present: Eric DeMoura, Marcy Cotov
1. Call to order – Mr. Rambo called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m.
2. Approval of Minutes from the January 31, 2022 meeting
Mr. Chapman moved to approve; seconded by Ms. Corley. All
present voted in favor.
3. Public Comments
Kevin Cunnane, 3032 River Vista Way– Mr. Cunnane acknowledged
the four Committee members and thanked Mr. Santos for standing up
for a minor. He stated that Mr. Chapman refused to stand up for a
minor and claimed that was shameful. He stated he had a discussion
with Mr. Rambo at the last meeting, and stated Ms. Corley hasn’t
stood up for a child who was bullied and harmed. He stated the
police report was manipulated and it was a misuse of office for
political purposes. He stated that this issue is not going to go away.
Mr. Cunnane claimed there is stonewall blocking going on against the
conduct that occurred.
Will Haynie, 316 Mallard Court – Mayor Haynie apologized to the
Committee for the four-year smear campaign that is going on and
submitted for the record, the Court Order, Police Report and a media
report that will shed light on the true incident that was
misrepresented.
