Request for Deferral Rezoning Case: R-06-21 Dunes West PD Amendment. Application to amend the Dunes West PD, Planned Development District ordinance, to incorporate into the PD an approximately 9.05-acre tract of land comprised of two parcels located off Bessemer Road in Covington at Park West at the terminus of Hopkins Road.
