CALL TO ORDER Trustee Bhatia called the Special Village Board meeting order at 12:48 PM. B. ROLL CALL Present: Trustee David Karas, Trustee Nancy Washburn, Trustee Denise Anastasio and Trustee Ram Bhatia. Excused: Village President David DeGroot, Trustee Jim Venturini and Trustee Gina Cefalu Paulick were excused. C. NEW BUSINESS C.1 Discussion regarding a Temporary Beer & Wine Picnic License for Racine Youth Sports: Pop- up Biergarten at Smolenski Park Motion by Trustee Karas to approve a temporary Class "B" Beer and a Temporary "Class C" Wine License to Racine Youth Sports for a pop-up biergarten on June 25-27 at Smolenski Park. Motion seconded by Trustee Anastasio. On voice vote, motion Carried Unanimously. D. ADJOURN Trustee Bhatia adjourned the meeting at 12:54 PM. 1
