Browne, Seconded by Comptroller Morton On the question: none. Response: Comptroller Morton: Spoke on upcoming cuts that need to be made because of the city’s revenue deficit. Mayor Patterson - Howard: spoke on large revenue and departments meeting regularly Pro Tem. Browne: No comments on behalf of the council yet. Mayor SPH: Public Hearing BOE Thursday, December 5th at 7pm. Comptroller will not be there but AC Hamilton will be in attendance. Pro Tem. Browne: Proposed Wednesday December 4th at 7pm (changed on the floor) because neither she nor Council President Gleason will be in town.
