Comptroller Morton: further explained the draft budget processes and the timelines. Gave an update on real estate committee and phase 1 of the city owned properties not for municipal use and the bidding process. Two tax lien sales in June $600K and one last week if fully executed will be $1.5 - $1.6 million. Any properties not chosen will be in-rem foreclosure. The final tax lien sale will be in December.
