An ordinance granting permission to the Department of VEHICLES Public Safety to accept four (4) police vehicles from Westchester County Police Department. APR.-i2 202'l SPECIA AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY TO ACCEPT € FOUR (4) POLICE VEHICLES FROM WESTCHESTER COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT. WHEREAS, by letter dated April 12, 2021, the Cornrnissioner of the Department of Public Safety has requested legislation authorizing permission to lease four (4) vehicles in the amount of One Dollar ($1.00) per vehicle for a total of Four Dollars ($4.00) from the Westchester County Police Department; NOW, THEREFORE, The City of Mount Vernon, in City Council convened, does hereby ordain and enact: Section 1. Permission is hereby granted to the Department of Public Safety to lease four (4) vehicles in the amount of One Dollar ($1.00) per vehicle for a total of Four Dollars ($4.00) from the Westchester County Police Department. Section 2.
