Funds from the renewal agreement will not exceed $93,037.39 and are available in code - H1680.203.C927 ARPA - Technology (Digital Services) rv rC. :!!i' "'V """:'a-=ia-+'aaLS".i7-a " -' DEC 3 0 2022 I AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE SPECIA ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 2023 W'HEREAS, on December 16, 2022, the Board of Estimate & Contract directed that the Annual Estimate for the year 2023 be submitted to the City Council, which said Estimate was submitted to and received by this City Council; and WHEREAS, on December 28, 2022, the City Council held a public hearing and extended the opportunity of being heard in reference to said Estimate to those persons who wished to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, The City of Mount Vernon, in the City Council convened, does hereby ordain and enact: Section 1. Management 11!)l,%,,:lar!r.='=a) Services has requested legislation authorizing the Mayor enact legislation retroactively granting permissionto renew Microsoft 0365 licenses in an annual renewal agreement with Dell Technologies for the contract period September 1, 2022 - August 31, 2023; and WHEREAS, this service keeps track of the computers that are licensed and is designed to help achieve more than innovative Offices apps, intelligent cloud services and world-class security; NOW, THEREFORE, The City of Moiu'it Vernon, in City Council convened, does hereby ordain and enact: Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an annual renewal agreement with Dell Technologies for the purchase of Microsoft 0365 licenses for the contract period September 1, 2022 - August 31, 2023. Section 2. The expenditure is for the annual renewal of Microsoft 0365 licenses. Dell is a preferred vendor, NYS OGS. Contract Code: NYS PS68202.
