Commercial Vacancy Rates o Gather data on current commercial vacancy rates within the city. 2. Inventory of Commercial Properties o Compile a list of commercial properties and their current uses. 3. Mapping and Zoning Information o Obtain maps outlining Opportunity Zones (OZ) and Urban Renewal Areas (URA). 4. Planning Department Coordination o Determine what relevant data and resources the Planning Department already has available. 5.
