Committee Report:
1. Legislative
a. The group unanimously voted to accept the Long-Term Vacant Retail Tax and
Commercial Activation Incentives Legislation and to present it to City Council for their
approval at their September 2, 2025 meeting.
b. The group unanimously voted to accept the Transferable Development Rights and Land
Swaps for Public Realm Enhancements Legislation and to present it to City Council for
their approval at their September 2, 2025 meeting.
2. Service Revenue update was presented by Pam Tarlow
