Approval of Minutes: Motion to accept the Real Estate Committee Meeting minutes of October 28, 2022 • Assessor Stephanie Vanderpool, motion • Committee Chair Derrick Thompson, seconded Roll Call; All members voted “Aye”; October 28, 2022 Minutes accepted into the record  2 4. Guests: • Bharat Singh – address 4012 Grace Avenue, Bronx NY 10466; Reiterated his offer on property 328 South 1st Avenue. Assessor Vanderpool asked if Mr. Singh would reside there or flip the property; Mr. Singh intends to reside at the property. • Nancy Jordan (via zoom) – 230 South 3rd Avenue is the property she is interested in (a lot with a 3-car garage). Ms. Jordan expressed that there is parking and shopping in the area of that property; Discussed possible air rights. Wishes to develop that lot into affordable housing. • Floyd Adams (online via zoom) – asked to unmute three times; he did not respond. 5. Correspondence Received: • 10/2/2022 Correspondence from Bharat Singh re: an offer to purchase one property • 10/4/2022 Correspondence from Charles Hinds re: an offer to purchase one property • 11/15/22 Correspondence from Gennaro Arpaia re: an offer to purchase one property RESPONSE Vanderpool states for the record that the property Mr. Arpaia is interested in is owned by the IDA. She asked Deputy City Clerk Jackson to respond via letter. 6. To be Discussed • An update on city-owned properties for which appraisals were completed: Committee Chair Thompson noted the assessments are being finalized, as is the list of available properties. 7.
