Copeland Absent: Council President Danielle Browne (Illness), Assessor Stephanie Vanderpool Additional Participants: 3. Guests In-Person and online:  Andrea Hayes, citizen, in-person. Ms. Hayes is interested in 147 South 4th Avenue; she submitted an offer for purchase in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2022. She noted she received a verbally accepted offer of $10,000. Ms. Hayes is still interested if it is available for purchase.  Online – Clarence Storms – noted his interest in city properties. Comptroller noted that properties as part of the 2016 audit. He is an experienced rehabber and wants to bring properties back online.  George Brown, resident, former City Clerk 4. Correspondence received and read into the record:  January 13, 2023 Correspondence from Jack Addesso, PLLC; referred to Corporation Counsel  January 13, 2023 Correspondence from Jack Addesso, PLLC; referred to Corporation Counsel.  January 17, 2023 Correspondence from Michael Koldayev regarding an offer for 204 South 5 th Avenue  December 28, 2023 Correspondence from Andrea Bellony with an offer on 7 properties: i. 23 South Third Avenue ii. 230 South Third Avenue iii. 328 South First Avenue iv. 331 South Second Avenue v. 234 East Fifth Street vi. 106 South Twelfth Avenue vii. 224 North Seventh Avenue 5. To be discussed: The Comptroller noted an assessment was completed on all city properties. On Feb 24 th the list of properties will be made available.
