Consent Agenda 1. Minutes 6/10/2021 and 7/8/2021 2. July 2021 Financial Report Motion made by Board Member May, Seconded by Board Member Carlson. Voting Yea: President Sachse, Board Member Sharp, Board Member Carlson, Board Member May Public Hearing The purpose of this hearing is to hear evidence for or against the proposed 2021-2022 budget. President Sachse closed the regular session and opened the public hearing at 5:08 p.m. No one spoke for or against the 2021-2022 budget. President Sachse closed the public hearing and re-opened the regular session at 5:09 p.m. Action Items: 3. Consider and Act upon approval of 2021-2022 proposed budget. Motion made by Board Member May made a motion to amend the proposed 2021-2022 budget moving $70,000 from infrastructure 5300.029 to business incentives 5300.018. Seconded by Board Member Sharp. Voting Yea: President Sachse, Board Member Sharp, Board Member Carlson, Board Member May Board Member Reports and Discussion August Appreciation Lunch - Michael May Report from Consultant-Martin Sanchez Board Member May reported that Carlton's appreciation luncheon will be moved to September or October and he will be choosing another business for August within the week.
