(The Mount Vernon Downtown Association is requesting that Council authorize closing two additional streets for
the upcoming Christmas Parade, that include: a}Cleveland Avenue, from Broadway to the north side of

Milwaukee and , b} Snoqualmie, from S 1 to 2 Street, during the hours of 1:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Sunday,
December 7, 2014 for the Mount Vernon Downtown Association sponsored Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting
Ceremony in Pine Square Plaza.)

D. Bid Award – Kincaid Holdings 2014 Roofing Project
(Staff is requesting that Council award the bid for the Kincaid Holdings Roofing Project to the lowest responsive
bidder. The project is to replace the existing roofing with a new Membrane Roof system.)

E. Open Record Public Hearing – Amending the City’s Development Regulations for Marijuana
Uses in the Commercial-Limited Industrial Zone
(Staff is requesting Council approval of an ordinance to limit medical and recreational marijuana uses within
existing residential neighborhoods in the Commercial-Limited zoning district. This is a second hearing following
the one City Council held on November 12, 2014 regarding this same item.)
