J. Collective Bargaining Agreement for Teamster’s Outside Workers
(Staff is requesting that Council authorize the Mayor to sign the 2015 wages opener with Teamsters Union Local
No. 231.)

(Staff is requesting that Council approve a resolution regarding the transportation of oil by rail within the City.
The resolution sets reasonable and attainable goals for the rail and oil industry.)

(Staff is requesting that Council approve an ordinance to supplement the Police and Library budgets for grant
