The following budgeted capital projects and purchases were reviewed: o Vehicles and Equipment $1,816,096 o General Facilities $838,075: Library roof, Kincaid commercial holding roof, Fire Station 2 roof, Lincoln Theatre roof, City Hall roof coating, Fire Station 1 roof, and other projects. o Parks Projects $439,525: Downtown restrooms, Hillcrest Park improvements, recurring parks projects, Bonnie Rae Park master plan, Skagit Riverwalk Art Piece, Little Mountain improvements, Trail connections, extend fiber to Little Mountain and Little Mountain tower modifications o Transportation Projects $2,451,060: Annual overlay program, Signal maintenance, College Way at I-5 land capacity improvements, LED light installation, College Way/LaVenture intersection, Citywide safety improvements, Safe Routes to School grant, Other improvements, Comprehensive Plan, Hoag Road sidewalk and bike lane gap project o Surfacewater Projects $340,000: Storm system restoration, stop log storage containers, Kulshan Creek flood reduction o Wastewater Projects $2,109,000: Payments to Quadrants, PWTF loan payments, Plant upgrades, sewer extensions, Comprehensive Plan update, Sewer restoration program, blower upgrade, asphalt seal coating and repair, Digester mixer, land acquisitions 3.
