Approval of Public Works/Library Committee Meeting Minutes: Councilmember Hulst moved to approve the minutes from October 12, 2022; Seconded by Councilmember Beaton; Carried by all. 2. Mount Vernon Library Commons Construction Update – Chris Phillips Director Phillips provided a MVLC Construction Update. Councilmembers requested to know how many geo-piers were going to be installed. Director Phillips emailed City Council the information. 3. 2023 Budget Brief Continued – Doug Volesky Director Volesky provided responses to a few City Council budget and property tax levee questions. City Council thoroughly discussed a variety of property tax levee alternates. City Council supported the draft 2023 Budget and directed Director Volesky to present the 2023 budget at the next City Council meeting. 4. Miscellaneous / For the Good of the Order – N/A No items discussed. The meeting recessed at 6:55 pm.
