Approval of September 27, 2023 Minutes Councilmember Beaton moved to approve the September 27, 2023 committee minutes. Motion seconded by Councilmember Brocksmith Motion carried 6-0. 2. 2024 Budget Discussion a. Mr. Volesky started with a review of 2024 revenue projections and had a short discussion on setting levy rates for property taxes. b. Department budget presentations began tonight where each City Director provided information to Council to discuss their 2024 individual department budgets as well as presenting their organization chart and some of the challenges and important points about their departments and the budget. Finance & Parks and Enrichment Services October 25, 2023 Page 2 of 2 3.
