CALL TO ORDER AND OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT STATEMENT
This meeting is being held in compliance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, P.L. 1975, Ch. 231. It was
properly noticed and has been posted and certified by the Clerk. Notice of this meeting has been sent to The Citizen, the
Morris County Daily Record and The Star Ledger and posted on the bulletin board in the municipal building.
Borough Clerk Cara Fox called the meeting to order at 7pm.
