SPECIAL MEETING OF THE SHORELINE REGIONAL PARK COMMUNITY
THIS SPECIAL MEETING WAS TELECONFERENCED (G.M.T. TIME ZONE)
PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54953(b) WITH PRESIDENT
SHOWALTER PARTICIPATING IN THE MEETING FROM WYNDHAM
CHONGQING YUELAI HOTEL, 88 YUELAI BINJIANG AVENUE, YUBEI DISTRICT,
CHONGQING, CHINA 401120. THE TELECONFERENCE LOCATION WAS
ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC AND AN AGENDA FOR THE MEETING WAS
POSTED AT THAT LOCATION PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION
54953(b)(3). MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO ADDRESS
THE LEGISLATIVE BODY AT THIS LOCATION.

Vice President Rosenberg called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m.

Present: 7 - Boardmember McAlister, President Showalter, Boardmember Clark, Boardmember
Inks, Boardmember Kasperzak, Vice President Rosenberg, and Boardmember Siegel
3. STUDY SESSION
3.1 North Bayshore Precise Plan Residential Policy Options and Below-Market-Rate (BMR)
Housing Strategy for 1255 Pear Avenue.
Principal Planner Alkire presented an oral staff report and he, Community Development Director
Tsuda, Assistant Community Development Director Blount and Assistant Community Manager
Ramberg, responded to the Board's questions.

6:30 P.M.-SPECIAL SESSION (TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS)

Vice President Rosenberg called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: 7 - Boardmember McAlister, President Showalter, Boardmember Clark, Boardmember
Inks, Boardmember Kasperzak, Vice President Rosenberg, and Boardmember Siegel
3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC ON NONAGENDIZED ITEMS
Steve Goldstein expressed concerns with potential financial conflicts of interests and Brown Act
violations of members of the Board.
Don Letcher expressed concerns with encroachment onto private property by Google and Airbnbs.
Mr. Letcher also wished Boardmember Inks good luck in his candidacy for Assemblymember.
Patrick Moore spoke in support of protected bike lanes, more specifically the Castro Street project.
4. ADJOURNMENT - At 11:17 p.m., Vice President Rosenberg adjourned the meeting.
