SPECIAL MEETING OF THE SHORELINE REGIONAL PARK COMMUNITY
1. CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
President Rosenberg called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.
President of the County Board of Supervisors Dave Cortese's Chief of Staff Laura McCabe led the
Pledge of Allegiance.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: 7 - Boardmember Abe-Koga, Boardmember Clark, Boardmember Matichak, Boardmember
McAlister, Boardmember Showalter, Vice President Siegel, and President Rosenberg
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
MOTION - M/S - Showalter/Abe-Koga - To approve the Consent Calendar.
The motion carried unanimously.
3.1 Approval of Minutes
That Shoreline Regional Park Community Boardmembers approve the following minutes:
1. April 25, 2017 Shoreline Regional Park Community meeting;
2. April 27, 2017 Shoreline Regional Park Community meeting; and;
3. May 2, 2017 Shoreline Regional Park Community meeting.
3.2 North Bayshore Trip Cap Report Contract with AECOM, Inc.
Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the contract with AECOM, Inc., for an
amount not to exceed $140,800 from the North Shoreline Trip Cap CIP-16-28, for North Bayshore
Trip Cap monitoring.

3.3 North Bayshore Precise Plan EIR Contract Amendment
Authorize the City Manager to amend a contract with David J. Powers & Associates, Inc., by
$31,021 for a total amount not to exceed $1.4 million in the North Bayshore Precise Plan
CIP-11-45, for additional work related to the preparation of the North Bayshore Precise Plan EIR.
4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC ON NONAGENDIZED ITEMS - None.
5. STUDY SESSION
5.1 Draft North Bayshore Affordable Housing Administrative Guidelines
Housing and Neighborhood Services Manager Chen presented an oral staff report and he,
Community Development Director Tsuda, Counsel Quinn, Principal Planner Alkire, and
Community Manager Rich, responded to the Board's questions.
