President Matichak called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC ON NONAGENDIZED ITEMS
Steven Goldstein spoke regarding the role of the Rental Housing Committee.
Jackie Cashen spoke regarding the proposed demolition of 2310 Rock Street.
Rory Robbins expressed concerns regarding the design and planning for the new transit center.
Bill Murphy spoke regarding climate change.
Alex Nunez spoke regarding a pothole on the corner of Shoreline and El Camino Real.
Trey Bornmann, President, Mobile Home Alliance, spoke regarding construction on North
Bayshore.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
4.1 Acceptance of the Consent of the Owners of the Shoreline Regional Park Community
Revenue Bonds, 2018 Series A and B, to Certain Amendments to the Indenture of
Trust, and Direction to Staff to Take Related Actions
Treasurer Jesse Takahashi presented the staff report.

Acting as the Shoreline Regional Park Community Board of Directors, adopt Resolution No.
S-160 Accepting the Consent of the Owners of the 2018 Shoreline Regional Park Community
Revenue Bonds to the Adoption of Certain Amendments to the Indenture of Trust, and Authorizing
and Directing Related Official Actions, read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to
the Council report).
The motion carried by the following vote:
