President Matichak called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m.

MOTION - M/S - Clark/Abe-Koga - To approve the Consent Calendar.
The motion carried by the following vote:

3.1 Approve Meeting Minutes.
Approve the Shoreline Regional Park Community Minutes of January 15, 2019.
4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC ON NONAGENDIZED ITEMS
Jackie Cashen spoke regarding the proposed project at 2310 Rock Street and the impact on the
residents.
Ming Jun spoke regarding the proposed project at 2310 Rock Street and the impact on the
residents.
Rae Tso requested consideration of allowing owners of R2 lots to build in-law units if space is
available on the property.
Leland Erickson spoke regarding the proposed project at 2310 Rock Street and the impact on the
residents.

Larry Leib spoke regarding the use of one-way streets to improve traffic flow.
Bill Murphy requested the City Council approve sustainability as the number one goal at the
upcoming goal-setting session.
5. NEW BUSINESS
5.1 Fiscal Year 2018-19 Midyear Budget Status Report, Fiscal Year 2019-20
Preliminary General Operating Fund Forecast, and Fiscal Year 2018-19
Performance/Workload Measures
Treasurer Jesse Takahashi and Assistant Treasurer Suzy Niederhofer presented the staff report.
Community Manager Dan Rich, Public Works Director Mike Fuller and Assistant Community
Manager/Chief Operations Officer Audrey Seymour Ramberg provided additional information.

Acknowledge and file the Fiscal Year 2018-19 Midyear Budget Status Report, the Fiscal Year
2019-20 Preliminary General Operating Fund Forecast, and the six-month status of the Fiscal
Year 2018-19 Performance/Workload Measures (Attachment 1 to the Council report).
The motion carried by the following vote:
