ROLL CALL - Committee members Anne Cavanaugh, Mike Kasperzak, Marina Keith, David Lin, Kira Pascoe, Money Singh, Merry Yen, Vice Chair Jamil Shaikh, and Chair Pamela Baird. 3. APPROVE MINUTES Minutes Approval Attachments: DTC Minutes May 2, 2023 Approve the Downtown Committee meeting minutes of May 2, 2023. 4. UPCOMING AGENDA TOPICS This portion of the agenda is reserved for identification of agenda items for future meetings. 5. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Committee from acting on non-agenda items. 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS City of Mountain View Page 1 Printed on 6/1/2023 Downtown Committee Agenda June 6, 2023 6.1 Downtown Development Updates June 2023 Attachments: DTC Memo Updates - June 6, 2023 Planning staff will provide updates on downtown development projects. 6.2 CASTRO STREET UPDATE Staff will provide a verbal update on current efforts and activities related to Castro Street. 6.3 Downtown Committee Work Plan-Fiscal Year 2023-24 Attachments: DTC Workplan FY 2023-2024 As required by City Council Policy A-23, the Committee will prepare an annual work plan that will be submitted to Council for review and approval in fall 2023. Staff seeks input to develop a work plan for Fiscal Year 2023-24. Staff will bring back the work plan from the discussion and input today for adoption at the next Downtown Committee meeting. 7. NEW BUSINESS 7.1 Economic Vitality Strategy Attachments: DTC Economic Vitality Strategy 7.1 Community Attributes Inc. and City staff will discuss efforts related to the Economic Vitality Strategy and seek the Committee's feedback on the draft vision and goals including strategies associated with Downtown. 7.2 Update on City Events in 2023 Attachments: DTC City Events in Mountain View 7.2 City staff will update the Committee on Planned City Events in Downtown 8. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time. 9.
