3. APPROVE MINUTES
Downtown Committee Minutes - May 7th, 2024
Recommendation: Approve the Downtown Committee meeting minutes of May 7th, 2024.

The minutes for the May 7th, 2024, meeting have been delivered to Committee members and copies
posted on the City Hall bulletin board. If there are no corrections or additions, a motion is in order to
approve these minutes.

6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
6.1 Downtown Development Updates- June 2024

Planning Division staff will provide an update on downtown development projects.
6.2 Castro Street Update
Staff will provide a verbal update on current efforts and activities related to Castro Street.
7. NEW BUSINESS
7.1 Keeping Mountain View Safe and Prepared
Assistant City Manager, Audrey Seymour Ramberg, will present an overview of a revenue measure under
consideration for building the Mountain View of tomorrow.
7.2 Minor Amendments to the Downtown Precise Plan

Economic Development and Planning staff will provide an overview of the proposed amendments to
permitted use in Ares E,D, H, I, and J of the Downtown Precise Plan.
7.3 Downtown Committee Workplan Memo
Recommendation: Adopt the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Downtown Committee Work Plan

Draft DTC Workplan - Fiscal Year 2024-25
As required by City Council Policy A-23, the Committee will prepare an annual work plan that will be
submitted to Council for review and approval in fall 2024. A draft Downtown Committee work plan for
Fiscal Year 2024-25 was discussed at the May 7, 2024 Downtown Committee meeting and returns today
for adoption.

No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.
