Chair Capriles called the Environmental Planning Commision Meeting (EPC)
to order at 7:00 p.m.

Commissioner Absent: EPC Member Heaton

5.1 NORTH BAYSHORE PRECISE PLAN RESIDENTIAL USES POLICY.
Principal Planner Alkire gave an oral staff report.

5.1 NORTH BAYSHORE PRECISE PLAN RESIDENTIAL USES POLICY.
Recommendation: Recommendation: The Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) will provide input
on policy topics relating to the North Bayshore Precise Plan update to allow residential
land uses in North Bayshore.
