All members of the Human Relations Commission will participate in the meeting by video conference, with no physical meeting location. MINUTES APPROVAL 3.1 Minutes approval for June 3, 2021 Recommendation: Minutes for the June 3, 2021, regular meeting have been delivered to the Commissioners and a copy posted to the City Hall bulletin board. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 5.1 Safe Parking Subcommittee Update Recommendation: The Safe Parking Subcommittee will present an oral update. No action will be taken on this item. 6. NEW BUSINESS None. 7. For any agenda item or for Oral Communications on nonagenda items, if there appears to be a large number of speakers, the Chair may reduce speaking time to no less than 1.5 minutes per speaker unless there is an objection from the Commission by majority vote.
