MINUTES APPROVAL 3.1 Minutes approval for May 5, 2022 Recommendation: Minutes for the May 5, 2022, regular meeting have been delivered to the Commissioners and a copy posted to the City Hall bulletin board. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 5.1 Color of Law Subcommittee Recommendation: The Color of Law Subcommittee will present an oral update. No action will be taken on this item. 5.2 Racial Reconciliation Subcommittee Recommendation: The Racial Reconciliation Subcommittee will present an oral update. No action will be taken on this item. 5.3 Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-23 Work Plan Discussion Recommendation: Discuss and finalize work plan items for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-23 to be submitted for approval to the City Council.
