Attachments: 04-12-2017 PRC Minutes 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS - None 6. NEW BUSINESS 6.1 17-145 Off-Leash Area Annual Update and Bubb Park Modification of Operational Hours and Days Recommendation: Review update on the Off-Leash Program and provide a recommendation to the City Council to: • Permanently adopt the hours at Bubb Park Off-Leash Area to be seven days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to sunset. • Recommend the City Council give staff the authority to make future operational modifications for Off-Leash Areas that do not require an update to City Code.
