THE TELECONFERENCE LOCATION WAS ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC AND THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING WAS POSTED AT THAT LOCATION PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54953(b)(3). NEW BUSINESS City of Mountain View Page 1 Parks and Recreation Commission Minutes - Final June 13, 2018 and Urban Forestry Board 5.1 Heritage Tree Appeal - 575 Sierra Avenue Forestry and Roadway Manager Jakob Trconic presented an oral report and answered the Commission's questions. Deputy Zoning Administrator Rebecca Shapiro answered the Commission's questions. Attorney Pat Sage gave an oral report and answered the Commission's questions on behalf of the Appellant. Speaking from the floor providing input: • Lori Robin M/S Conley/Hepfer - To add a presentation by Community Development staff on their Heritage Tree decision making process to the FY 2018-19 Parks and Recrecation and Urban Forestry Work Plan. Yes: 5- Commissioner Devine, Commissioner Lee, Vice Chair Conley, Chair Herbach, and Commissioner Hepfer M/S Herbach/Devine - To approve the rest of the staff proposed Fiscal Year 2018-19 Parks and Recreation Commission and Urban Forestry Board Work Plan and forward to the City Council for approval.
