MINUTES APPROVAL 3.1 Minutes Approval Recommendation: Approve the January 13, 2021 minutes. Attachments: Minutes 4. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 5.1 San Antonio Mini-Park Conceptual Review and Recommendation, Project 20-48 Recommendation: 1. Review and comment on the revised San Antonio Mini-Park Conceptual Plan and recommend approval to the City Council. 2. Provide a recommendation to the City Council to commit an additional $300,000 from the Park Land Dedication Fund (Park Land Dedication In-Lieu Fees from June 2017) to Capital Improvement Program Project 20-48, 400 San Antonio Park Design and Construction, for a total project cost of $2,129,000. NEW BUSINESS 6.1 Community Services Department Proposed Budget Requests for Fiscal Year 2021-22 Recommendation: 1. Accept staff’s report and presentation and provide input on the Community Service Department’s proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2021-22. 2. Provide a recommendation to the City Council to commit $895,000 from the Park Land Dedication Fund (Park Land Dedication In-Lieu Fees from July 2020) to two projects as shown in Attachment 1. Anyone wishing to address the Commission on an item not on the agenda may do so during the "Oral Communications" part of the agenda. For any agenda item or for Oral Communications on nonagenda items, if there appears to be a large number of speakers, the Chair may reduce speaking time to no less than 1.5 minutes per speaker unless there is an objection from the Commission by majority vote.
