NEW BUSINESS 5.1 Heritage Tree Appeal-251 Monroe Drive Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution of the Urban Forestry Board of the City of Mountain View to Deny the Appeal, Uphold Staff’s Decision, and Approve the Removal of One Heritage Tree at 251 Monroe Drive, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the memorandum). Attachments: Memo ATT 1 - Resolution ATT 2 - City Code ATT 3 - Application for Removal ATT 4 - Posting Notice ATT 5 - Appeal Letter 5.2 Northbound Shoreline/101 Off-Ramp Realignment and Computer History Museum Driveway Phase, Project 20-37-Heritage Tree Mitigation Recommendation: Review the proposed Heritage tree mitigation for Northbound Shoreline/101 Off-Ramp Realignment and Computer History Museum Driveway Phase, Project 20-37, and recommend the City Council approve the staff-recommended mitigation for the removal of 19 Heritage trees at a 2:1 tree replacement ratio with 15-gallon trees and a contribution of $23,400 to the Tree Mitigation Fund.
