NEW BUSINESS 5.1 Fiscal Year 2023-24 Park Land Dedication Fund Recommendation Recommendation: Forward a recommendation to the City Council to appropriate $2,000,000 from the Park Land Dedication Fund to two existing projects and $6,000,000 to one new project.
