1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair McAlister called the meeting to order at 6:18 p.m.

Committee Member Yao Yao arrived at 6:22 p.m.

6.1 Planning for Home Company Annual Presentations
Performing Arts Manager Theresa Yvonne presented a report and the Committee provided feedback.
7. COMMITTEE/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS
Performing Arts Manager Theresa Yvonne provided an update on Ad Hoc Committee meetings and provided
performance statistics for last Fiscal Year 2023-24.
8. ADJOURNMENT
Chair McAlister adjourned the meeting at 7:38 p.m.

This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not
on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Committee from acting on
non-agenda items.

Planning for Home Company Annual Presentations
Recommendation:
Review proposed questions to be asked of each Home Company during their annual
presentations and provide suggested edits or additions to the list.

The Committee may consider and act on items listed on the agenda in any order. Consideration of the matters noticed herein is not limited by the
recommendations indicated herein.

the Performing Arts office at 650-903-6565. Notification of 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City to make reasonable arrangements to

ADDRESSING THE COMMITTEE
Interested persons are entitled to speak on any item on the agenda and should make their interest known to the Chair.
Anyone wishing to address the Committee on an item not on the agenda may do so during the “Oral Communications” part of the agenda. Speakers
are allowed to speak once on any number of topics for up to three minutes. For any agenda item or for Oral Communications on nonagenda items, if
there appears to be a large number of speakers, the Chair may reduce speaking time to no less than 1.5 minutes per speaker unless there is an
objection from the Committee by majority vote.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3(b)(1), at least twice the allotted speaking time will be provided to a member of the public who
utilizes a translator.
