1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair McAlister called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.

5.1 Fiscal Year 2023-24 Annual Review for the Home Company TheatreWorks
Silicon Valley (TWSV)
Performing Arts Manager Theresa Yvonne provided an overview of expenses, usage days, performance
days, and gross ticket sales for TWSV.
TheatreWorks Silicon Valley Interim Executive Director Criss Henderson, Associate Artistic Director Jeffrey
Lo, and Marketing Manager Lorraine VamRod presented a summary of their 23 - 24 season, and
answered questions from the Committee.
6. COMMITTEE/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS
Chair McAlister provided an update on the 2025 Mountain View City Council appointment results.
Performing Arts Manager Theresa Yvonne reported no staff updates.
7. ADJOURNMENT
Chair McAlister adjourned the meeting at 8:21 p.m.

ADDRESSING THE COMMITTEE
Interested persons are entitled to speak on any item on the agenda and should make their interest known to the Chair.
Anyone wishing to address the Committee on an item not on the agenda may do so during the “Oral Communications” part of the agenda. Speakers
are allowed to speak once on any number of topics for up to three minutes. For any agenda item or for Oral Communications on nonagenda items, if
there appears to be a large number of speakers, the Chair may reduce speaking time to no less than 1.5 minutes per speaker unless there is an
objection from the Committee by majority vote.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3(b)(1), at least twice the allotted speaking time will be provided to a member of the public who
utilizes a translator.
