1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Garcia brought the meeting to order at 6:16 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL

6. NEW BUSINESS
6.1 FY 2025-27 Council Strategic Work Plan
Community Services Senior Management Analyst Lindsay Wong presented to the committee potential
projects for the Fiscal Years 2025-27 Council Work Plan, and asked the committee members to identify
their top three highest-priority projects. Feedback was given by the committee members, and Ms. Wong
answered the committee's questions regarding background information of the projects.
Committee member Yao selected projects one, eleven, and twelve. Chair Garcia selected projects two,
eight, and twelve. Vice Chair Donahue selected projects two, twelve and sixteen.
7. COMMITTEE/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS
Performing Arts Manager Theresa Yvonne introduced the new Performing Arts Supervisor for Business
and Operations, Nathan Truitt, and provided an update to the VAC-DC-PAC ad hoc formation.
8. ADJOURNMENT
Chair Garcia adjourned the meeting at 6:59 p.m.

ADDRESSING THE COMMITTEE
Interested persons are entitled to speak on any item on the agenda and should make their interest known to the Chair.
Anyone wishing to address the Committee on an item not on the agenda may do so during the “Oral Communications” part of the agenda.
Speakers are allowed to speak once on any number of topics for up to three minutes. For any agenda item or for Oral Communications on
nonagenda items, if there appears to be a large number of speakers, the Chair may reduce speaking time to no less than 1.5 minutes per
speaker unless there is an objection from the Committee by majority vote.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3(b)(1), at least twice the allotted speaking time will be provided to a member of the public who
utilizes a translator.
