10.1 Update on Cities of Mountain View and City of Richmond Rent
Stabilization Programs
Nicolas Traylor, Executive Director of Richmond Rent Program, presented an oral report and
responded to questions.
Project Manager van Deursen, Analyst Black and Kennedy presented an oral report and
responded to questions.

The RHC and the Richmond Rent Program staff heard a presentation on the rent

Stabilization Programs
Recommendation: To receive a presentation on the rent stabilization programs of the
Cities of Mountain View and Richmond.
