APPROVE MINUTES Recommendation: Approve the Senior Advisory Committee meeting minutes of January 18, 2023 Attachments: Minutes 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Committee from acting on non-agenda items. 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 5.1 Communications Subcommittee Recommendation: Receive an update on the work being done by the Communications Subcommittee. 5.2 Senior Center Subcommittee Recommendation: Receive an update on the work being done by the Senior Center Subcommittee. 5.3 Senior Survey Subcommittee Recommendation: Receive an update of the work being done by the Senior Survey Subcommittee. NEW BUSINESS 6.1 Work Plan and Subcommittee Review Recommendation: Select Subcommittee assignments for the 2023 calendar year Attachments: SAC FY 22-23 Work Plan 7. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time. 7.1 Senior Center Update Recommendation: Staff will provide a brief summary of Senior Center programming during the month of February. 7.2 Committee Roundtable Recommendation: No action will be taken on any questions raised by the SAC at this time. Approval by the SAC to agendize for future meetings can be reached by a majority vote. 8. ADJOURNMENT AGENDAS FOR BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES The specific location of each meeting is noted on the agenda for each meeting which is posted at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
