1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Chan called the meeting to order at 4:35 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL - Committee members Braun, Byon, Galindo, Jhin, Ma, Montano, Motaghiannezam,
Murphy, Nair, Rajasekaran, Tissera, Wang, Zayats, Vice Chair Luna, and Chair Chan.
Present 10 - Kaitlyn Byon, Ryan Jhin, Leilani Montano, Ariana Motaghiannezam, Nolan Murphy, Shahana
Rajasekaran, Ryan Wang, Meital Zayats, Vice Chair Taylor Luna, and Chair Natalie Chan
Absent 5 - Simon Braun, Amy Galindo, Victoria Ma, Jayan Nair, and Jade Tissera
3. APPROVE MINUTES
3.1 Minutes Approval
To approve the October 30 meeting minutes.

6. NEW BUSINESS
6.1 Trades Orientation Program (TOP) Presentation
Zhané Schroeder shared information on the Working Partnerships USA Trades Orientation Program (TOP) on
resume building and career exploration opportunities for committee members. Committee members
discussed how this program should be a part of Find Your Fit: Teen Career Day to expand non-traditional
career opportunities for students.
6.2 Subcommittee Updates
The Cultural Diversity and Health and Wellness, College and Career, Marketing and Outreach, and
Teen-Friendly Business Award Subcommittees provided an update on work plan items.
6.3 2024 Summer Outdoor Movie Series
To recommend Spiderman: Across the Spider-verse, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem,
Wonka, Kung Fu Panda 4, Elemental, and Guardians of the Galaxy 3 as the six movies for the 2024
Summer Outdoor Movie Series.

6.4 Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities
Recreation Coordinator, Lauren, Eck, reminded Committee members of upcoming volunteer opportunities
including the Senior Center Holiday Bazaar (Nov 18), Cops and Gobblers (Nov 19), Breakfast with Santa (Dec
2), Tree Lighting (Dec 4), and Santa's Workshop (Dec 9).

Chair Chan adjourned the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m.

committee members.
