1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Chan called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL - Committee members Braun, Byon, Galindo, Jhin, Ma, Montano, Motaghiannezam,
Murphy, Nair, Rajasekaran, Tissera, Wang, Zayats, Vice Chair Luna, and Chair Chan.
Present 9 - Kaitlyn Byon, Amy Galindo, Victoria Ma, Leilani Montano, Ariana Motaghiannezam, Jayan Nair,
Shahana Rajasekaran, Vice Chair Taylor Luna, and Chair Natalie Chan
Absent 6 - Simon Braun, Ryan Jhin, Nolan Murphy, Jade Tissera, Ryan Wang, and Meital Zayats
3. APPROVE MINUTES
3.1 Minutes Approval
To approve the March 4 meeting minutes.
4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC
None.
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

6. NEW BUSINESS
6.1 Presentation
Committee member-at-large, Jiwoo Oh, provided a presentation on a potential YAC project.
6.2 Subcommittee Updates
The College and Career, Cultural Diversity and Health and Wellness, Marketing and Outreach, and
Teen-Friendly Business Award Subcommittees provided an update on workplan items.
6.3 YAC Attack Feedback
Committee members provided feedback on the CPRS YTRS YAC Attack event held Saturday, Mar. 9. Nine
committee members will be in attendance, and five led a session "What's Your Leadership Style?"
6.4 Teen Week 2024
Committee members discussed marketing strategies and reviewed marketing materials for Teen Week
2024.

6.5 Find Your Fit: Teen Career Day
Committee members finalized details and reviewed day-of duties for Find Your Fit: Teen Career Day held
on Saturday, March 23, 2024.

8. ADJOURNMENT
Chair Chan adjourned the meeting at 5:29 p.m.
