1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Chan called the meeting to order at 4:36 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL - Committee members Braun, Byon, Galindo, Jhin, Ma, Montano, Motaghiannezam,
Murphy, Nair, Rajasekaran, Tissera, Wang, Zayats, Vice Chair Luna, and Chair Chan.
Present 8 - Kaitlyn Byon, Ryan Jhin, Leilani Montano, Ariana Motaghiannezam, Ryan Wang, Meital Zayats,
Vice Chair Taylor Luna, and Chair Natalie Chan
Absent 7 - Simon Braun, Amy Galindo, Victoria Ma, Nolan Murphy, Jayan Nair, Shahana Rajasekaran, and
Jade Tissera
3. APPROVE MINUTES
3.1 Minutes Approval
To approve the April 29 meeting minutes.

6. NEW BUSINESS
6.1 Teen Week Feedback
Committee members discussed the successes and challenges of Teen Week events and made suggestions
to improve the events next year.
6.2 Teen Wellness Retreat Planning
Recreation Coordinator, Lauren Eck, shared details on the Teen Wellness Retreat event. Committee
members brainstormed ideas and shared them with city staff.
6.3 Summer Outdoor Movie Night Series
Recreation Coordinator, Lauren Eck, gave an update on volunteer opportunities for the Summer Outdoor
Movie Night Series.

6.4 End-of-Year Survey
Committee members took an end-of-year survey to provide feedback to City Staff to help improve the
committee and better serve the needs of Mountain View teens.

8. ADJOURNMENT
Chair Chan adjourned the meeting at 5:32 p.m.
