1. CALL TO ORDER
2. ROLL CALL - Committee Members Andrzejek, Byon, Jhin, John, Lew, Ma, Montano, Nair, Oh,
Rajasekaran, Tan, Wazhi, Zayats, Vice Chair Luna, and Chair Chan.
Vice Chair Luna called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m.
Present 8 - Member Dylan Andrzejek, Member Katie Byon, Member Ryan Jhin, Member Taylor Luna,
Member Victoria Ma, Member Leilani Montano, Member Kaelyn Tan, and Member Meital Zayats
Absent 7 - Member Natalie Chan, Member Naisha John, Member Sophia Lew, Member Jayan Nair,
Member Jiwoo Oh, Member Shahana Rajasekaran, and Member Kavya Wazhi
3. APPROVE MINUTES
3.1 Minutes Approval
To approve the March 3 meeting minutes.

6. NEW BUSINESS
6.1 Mountain View Public Library Presentation
Renee Ting, Youth Librarian at the Mountain View Public Library, spoke with the committee about resources,
services, and programs for teens. Committee Members provided feedback on the library and ideas for future
programming and marketing.
6.2 Advisory Body Input on the Fiscal Years 2025-26 and 2026-27 Council Work
Plan Potential Projects
Committee Members reviewed the proposed project list for the Fiscal Years 2025-26 and 2026-27 Council
Work Plan and provided input on project prioritization.
6.3 Subcommittee Updates
Item skipped due to time - will be moved to unfinished business at the April 14 meeting.

6.5 Presentation of Upcoming YAC Events
Committee Members presented key details and updates on upcoming YAC events.
7. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS
Member-at-large Harshini shared the upcoming Teen Ambassador's Moonlight Masquerade event on Apr. 25.
She encouraged all YAC members to attend to enjoy and support.
8. ADJOURNMENT
Vice Chair Luna adjourned the meeting at 5:54 p.m.

Recommendation:
Review the proposed project list for the Fiscal Years 2025-26 and 2026-27 Council

The DEI, Health and Wellness, College and Career, and Outreach and Collaboration Subcommittees will
provide an update.
6.4 Review of Recent Events
The committee will review Find Your Fit: Teen Career Day and Teen Week events. Members are invited to
share their observations, insights, and provide constructive feedback on these events.
6.5 Presentation of Upcoming YAC Events
Committee members will present key details and updates on upcoming YAC events. This includes a brief
overview of the Shoreline Cleanup and Discovery event held on 3/26 and a more detailed discussion of the
planning for Dodgeball and Donuts on 5/3.
7. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS
No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.
