Second Reading  ORDINANCE: 2016-11-02: An Ordinance of the Munford Board of Mayor and Aldermen to amend the General Fund Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015 and ending June 30, 2016. Second Reading  ORDINANCE: 2016-11-03: An Ordinance of the Munford Board of Mayor and Aldermen to amend the Drug Fund Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015 and ending June 30, 2016. First Reading  ORDINANCE: 2016-12-01: An Ordinance to amend the Munford Municipal Zoning Map to rezone properties on Doctor Drive and McLaughlin Drive (Charles Walker Residuary Trust) from B-1 (Neighborhood Business) and B-2 (General Business) to R-1 (:Low Density Residential) and R-3 (High Density Residential) District. *Ordinance:2016-12-01 comes with positive recommendation from City of Munford Planning Commission. First Reading  ORDINANCE: 2016-12-02: An Ordinance to amend the Munford Municipal Zoning Map to rezone properties on Doctor Drive and McLaughlin Drive (Charles Walker Residuary Trust) by establishing a PRD (Planned Residential Development) overlay district. *Ordinance:2016-12-02 comes with positive recommendation from City of Munford Planning Commission.   RESOLUTION 2016-12-01: A Resolution of the Board of Mayor and Alderman of the City of Munford authorizing the incurrence of indebtedness by the city of Munford, Tennessee, of not to exceed $559,366 by the execution of the Public Building Authority of the City of Clarksville, Tennessee, of a loan agreement to provide funding for certain public works projects and to fund the incidental and necessary expenses related thereto.  RESOLUTION 2016-12-02: A Resolution of the Board of Mayor and Alderman of the City of Munford authorizing a loan pursuant to a loan agreement between the City of Munford, Tennessee, and the Public Building Authority of the City of Clarksville, Tennessee, in the principal amount of not to exceed $1,811,806; authorizing the execution and delivery of such loan agreement and other documents relating to said loan; approving the issuance of a bond by such Public Building Authority; providing for the application of the proceeds of said loan and the payment of such indebtedness; consenting to the assignment of the City’s obligation under such loan agreement; and certain other matters.
