Second Reading • ORDINANCE 2024-05-03 An Ordinance of the City of Munford, Tennessee to amend the Regional Zoning Map to rezone property near 4125 Munford-Gilt Edge Road (James Harkness property) from C (Commercial) District to FAR (Forestry, Agriculture, Residential) District. *Ordinance 2024-05-03 comes with a positive recommendation from City of Munford Planning Commission. First Reading • ORDINANCE 2024-06-01 An Ordinance to amend the Munford Municipal Zoning Map to rezone properties on McLaughlin Drive and US Highway 51 S (known as “Reserves of Munford”) by establishing a PVD (Planned Village Development) overlay district and approving the Reserves of Munford Preliminary Development Plan.
