OLD BUSINESS Ordinance – Resolutions – Motions Second Reading • ORDINANCE 2025-03-01 An Ordinance of the City of Munford, Tennessee to amend the text of the Munford Municipal Code (Alcoholic Beverages), Title 8, Chapter 2 (Beer), Section 207 (Permit required for engaging in Beer Business). Second Reading • ORDINANCE 2025-03-02 An Ordinance of the City of Munford, Tennessee to amend the Annual Operating Fund Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025. Second Reading • ORDINANCE 2025-03-03 An Ordinance of the City of Munford, Tennessee to amend the Drug Fund Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025. Second Reading • ORDINANCE 2025-03-04 An Ordinance of the City of Munford, Tennessee to amend the Scholarship Fund Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025. NEW BUSINESS Ordinance – Resolutions – Motions First Reading • ORDINANCE 2025-04-01 An Ordinance to zone certain territory and incorporate the same within the corporate boundaries of the City of Munford, Tennessee: An area known as approximately 3.08 acres on the north side of Walker Field Road near its intersection with Beaver Road (Shannon and Patsy Reburn property). *Ordinance 2025-04-01 comes with a positive recommendation from City of Munford Planning Commission. First Reading • ORDINANCE 2025-04-02 An Ordinance of the City of Munford Tennessee to adopt the annual operating budget and tax rate for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026 First Reading • RESOLUTION 2025-04-01 A Resolution of the City of Munford, Tennessee to approve authorization to execute Sewer/Wastewater Treatment Agreement with the Towns of Atoka and Brighton. First Reading • RESOLUTION 2025-04-02 A Resolution to annex certain territory and incorporate same within the corporate boundaries of the City of Munford, Tennessee: An area know as approximately 3.08 acres on the north side of Walker Field Road near its intersection with Beaver Road (Shannon and Patsy Reburn property). *Resolution 2025-04-02 comes with a positive recommendation from City of Munford Planning Commission.
