Application Z-17-016 by Seth Weathersby, on behalf of Donald Bruce Revocable Living Trust, requesting two Variances from the City of Murfreesboro Zoning Ordinance, Chart 2: 1) A Variance of 14 feet from the minimum rear setback requirement of 25 feet to allow the structure no closer than 11 feet from the property line, and 1  2) A Variance of 10 feet from the minimum side setback requirement of 20 feet to allow the structure no closer than 10 feet from the property line. Property is in Multiple-Family Residential (RM-12) zoning district, located at the southwest corner at the intersection of Power Avenue and Smith Street. b.
