Application Z-17-032 by Mark Hutchison, requesting a Variance of 22 feet from the City of Murfreesboro Zoning Ordinance, Chart 2 from the minimum front yard setback requirement of 42 feet to allow the structure no closer than 20 feet from the property line fronting January Street. Property is in Highway Commercial (CH) zoning district, located at 107 January Street, at the corner of Highway 99 and West Main Street. 1  Special Use Permit Requests c. Application Z-17-033 by Edward Odom of TNT Fireworks, Property Owner Brixmor Properties, requesting a Special Use Permit to allow operation of a Temporary Outdoor Vending Establishment (seasonal fireworks sales), in accordance with the City of Murfreesboro Zoning Ordinance, Section 9.D.2(eeee). Property is in Highway Commercial (CH) zoning district, located at 1622 NW Broad Street. d. Application Z-17-034 by Kathy Biter of B&B Fireworks, division of Jake’s Fireworks, Property Owner Walmart Incorporated, requesting a Special Use Permit to allow operation of a Temporary Outdoor Vending Establishment (seasonal fireworks sales), in accordance with the City of Murfreesboro Zoning Ordinance Section 9.D.2(eeee).
