Application Z-17-039 by Cory Williams, requesting two Variances to construct a single family residence on property zoned General Office - Residential (OG-R) zoning district, located at 450 Roberts Street. 1) Variance of 15 feet from Appendix A, Chart 2 of the Murfreesboro Zoning Ordinance from the required 30 feet front yard setback; and 2) Variance of 5 feet from Appendix A, Chart 2 of the Murfreesboro Zoning Ordinance from the required 10 feet side yard setback. b. Application Z-17-040 by Ron Warta, requesting two Variances for the development of a carport on property zoned Single Family Residential (RS-15) zoning district, located at 314 Venus Place. 1) Variance 10 feet from Appendix A, Chart 2 of the Murfreesboro Zoning Ordinance from the required 12.5 feet side yard setback; and 2) Variance of 25 feet from Appendix A, Chart 2 of the Murfreesboro Zoning Ordinance from the required 30 feet rear yard setback. Special Use Permit Requests c. Application Z-17-041 by Jeff Hooper, P.E. of Barge Cauthen and Associates, on behalf of the County of Rutherford Board of Education (Central Magnet School), requesting a Special Use Permit to install 76 new parking spaces and driveway at the high school parking lot adjacent to 1  University Street, zoned Single Family Residential (RS-15), located at 701 East Main Street. 4.
