Natalka Bukalo of Chartwell Consulting to review: a. Second Quarter 2015 Plan Performance, Asset Allocation, Flash Reports, and Rebalancing Recommendations for the Defined Benefit Pension Plan; b. Review of two manager searches for the City of Murfreesboro Pension Trust Fund – U.S. Core Bond and U.S. Large Cap Equity; and; c. Proposed Revision of Statement of Investment Policy for the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Employees’ Revised Pension Plan. 4. Michael Guyton, F.S.A., of Bryan, Pendleton, Swats & McAllister, LLC to review: a. State of Tennessee Public Chapter No. 440, Senate Bill No. 153, relative to enforceability of qualified domestic relations orders against governmental pension and retirement plans and proposed Ordinance, Pension Plan document revisions, and staff procedures regarding Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) and the Defined Benefit Pension Plan; b. Elimination of the IRS 5-year Cycle and Determination Letter filing program; and, c. Response from the State of Tennessee Office of State and Local Finance regarding the Pension Funding Policy for the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Employees’ Revised Pension Plan. 5.
