Workshop Notice MURPHY CITY COUNCIL, PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION, PARKS & RECREATION, MURPHY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, MURPHY MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT QUORUM NOTIFICATION November 7, 2024 6:00 p.m. COUNCIL CHAMBERS 206 NORTH MURPHY ROAD MURPHY, TEXAS 75094 The City of Murphy will hold a Master Plan Workshop on November 7, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers to discuss the development of a Master Plan. It is anticipated that members of the Murphy City Council, Murphy Planning & Zoning Commission, Murphy Parks & Recreation Board, Murphy Community Development Corporation, and the Murphy Municipal Development District may attend the Workshop Meeting in numbers that may constitute a quorum of the respective Council, Commission, Board, Corporation, or District. Notice is hereby given that this meeting, to the extent required by law, is also noticed as a meeting of the Murphy City Council, Murphy Planning & Zoning Commission, Murphy Parks & Recreation Board, Murphy Community Development Corporation, and the Murphy Municipal Development District. The members of the Council, Commission, Board, Corporation, or District may participate in discussions on the items listed on this agenda which occur at this meeting but no action will be taken by those in attendance unless such action item is specifically listed on an agenda during a regular or special meeting for the respective Council, Commission, Board, Corporation or District subject to the Texas Open Meetings Act. I certify that this is a true and correct copy of the Notice of a Workshop and that this notice was posted on the designated bulletin board at Murphy City Hall, 206 North Murphy Road, Murphy, Texas 75094, a place convenient and readily accessible to the public at all times, and said notice was posted on November 1, 2024, by 5:00 P.M. and will remain posted continuously for 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
