Adopt Ordinance No. 1090-24, the Solicitation Ordinance, amending Chapter 169, Peddling and Soliciting, prescribing regulations for peddling and soliciting, providing for exceptions thereto; providing for license/permitting of persons engaged in such activities; setting certain limitations on such activities; establishing a no soliciting or peddling list and establishing penalties for violations of this Ordinance. C. Adopt Ordinance No. 1087-24, vacating an unopened or abandoned portion of Carolina Street. D. B. Approve S-10-23, a major land development application, Castiglione Plan of Lots, a twenty- four lot subdivision, Wiestertown Road and Hilty Road, 54.57 acres, tax parcels 49-12-00-0- 051 and 49-08-00-0-012, R-R zoning. C. Approve SP-3-24 a parking study, 2010 Borland Farm Road, for a proposed use of the building for basketball and pickleball courts. 15. .Engineering A. Consider reducing the sequestered funds held to ensure completion of the required improvements at the Hillstone Village Development in the amount of $146,300. B. Consider authorization of the advertisement for DPW-5-24 Basin Retrofit project. C. Consider authorization of the advertisement for DPW-6-24 Old William Penn Bridge Deck Replacement. 16. Public Works and Parks A. Ratify the sale of used surplus municipal equipment. B.
